What size is the product?

All of our listings have the size of the products in the descriptions.

 

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, hassle free returns! We can accept returns within a 30 day window of purchase no questions asked. All returns must be in new resealable condition. If the product has been altered, or damaged we hold the right to not refund.

 

Starting the return ~

Include your name, the address it was sent to, order number and date of purchase.

 

Preparing the shipment back to us -

 

If the product is defective we will handle all shipping costs.

 

If the customer wants a refund they must cover the return shipping back to us.

 

Please send us back the product in a secure package like the one we sent it in.

 

Upon receiving the package back we will send you a full refund for the purchase you made.

 

This refund will include the price of the product and any applicable tax that was collected at checkout.

 

 

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, if we sent you the wrong item by chance we will cover all costs for the exchange.

 

If you want an exchange we will ask that you cover both the shipping to cost for the returned product and for the new product to be sent to you.
